A+ Inspection did a great job and where able to get me an appointment the next day. The inspectors were very thorough and even though my home is a new build they were able to find a long list of things the builders overlooked. A+ Inspection gives me peace of mind in the purchase of my new home.Nov 15, 2020Verified
These guys were very thorough. They spent 4 hours inspecting the home. They submitted a very detailed report. Top notch inspection.Nov 22, 2020Verified
We had a fantastic experience from initial contact, to the inspection, and post inspection. Paul and was very responsive and was able to schedule me in shortly after the initial contact. He had an entire crew since we had a 6600+sq ft home. I knew it wouldn't be easy or a quick inspection. When I arrived he had a whole team each with a specific task, from inside, outside, infrared, checking termite damage, mold, water leaks, roofing, and extensive pool and equipment inspection. When my real estate agent and I arrived at the house, he was on top of the 2nd story roof at one of the corners inspecting. We couldn't believe it! He and his team are incredibly thorough, took pictures of all the cracks and hard to find lines in the walls, ceilings, brick, masonry. We had missed a lot of these and we have been going to the home a lot. He is so well worth the $, and I would say he's worth his weight in gold! I would give him more than 5+ * if I could and wish I had known of him before when purchasing other homes. You can tell he has been doing this for awhile from his trec license #, we only know that because we had an inspector who was one of the first to get his license when they started issuing, but of course he had retired by the time we started looking at other homes. YOU will not regret hiring Paul Ferguson and his guys. They are excellent at what they do, pleasant and personable. I would have no qualms about hiring them again and again as well as referring him to family, neighbors, and friends. Now I can an inspector to my contacts list.Oct 7, 2020Verified
