About
There is but one thing of this world that unites us. And her name is music. No matter the genre, the style, nor the beat. Music is our very heartbeat. Our goal, no our deepest desire is to bring life to that end. Take the newest with the latest technology to the oldest with none. To every piano in between, we breathe life back into them.
I am a Master Piano Craftsman and offer Piano Tuning, Expert Repair and appraisals with over 40 years experience. I offer fast and efficient appointments to service your piano. Free estimates on piano repair. I also offer expert piano moving services.
Currently due to Covid-19 we have adopted some new measures for your safety as well as mine. We are sanitized prior to entry of your home along with our tools. We wear gloves at your request along with a face mask. We actively sanitize your piano keyboard surfaces prior to work and upon completion. And, we ask for space to conduct the tuning and work. Piano with Heart cares about your well-being which in our eyes includes the sound of music as an essential need.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a set price for tuning. We don't generally charge a mileage fee. We do clean each piano at no charge. If repairs are needed you will know before we progress. We do have times we are easily available within 24 hours, but we do international work as well and there are some times it requires a little more planning.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Very simply, we determine what the best route for the instrument. Usually that starts with a tuning or a look over. We will sit with you and determine the best cause of action and progress as determined to revitalize the instrument.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I learned early from a hard task master how to physically do the work. I went on to pursue a B.A. in Music from Texas Tech. Part of my education required tuning all instruments on campus and keeping them tuned (about 50 grands at that time). I went on to study with Bosendorfer, Steinway and other manufacturers to specifically be able to address issues with each manufacturer.
