Was contacted by Jason very quickly after submitting request to replace our aging and obsolete water softener system. Although we played a bit of phone tag, was finally able to talk to him after the Memorial Day weekend, and based on our conversation where he explained and showed his knowledge with water softeners specifically for the south Texas region, and offered a very reasonable price for the new water softener & pre-filter unit, I decided to go with South Texas Water Solutions for replacing my water softener system.
The plumber, Santiago, arrived as advertised, and worked through the hot weather to remove the old system, clean up the installation area, and installed the new system…all within a couple of hours. Immediately testing the water in the house after the initial backwash, I could feel the difference in the water…much softer than it had been for years.
Highly recommend talking to Jason and going with South Texas Water Solutions for your water softening needs!
