ALM Designs delivered exceptional service after we completed construction on two projects: a new two-story barn and a full attic renovation in our home. Using our smartphone LiDAR 3D scans of the finished structures, they created precise "as-built" drawings that captured every on-site modification (framing adjustments, beam changes, joist tweaks, etc.), then produced detailed engineering plans—including roof framing, gambrel sections, joist connections, built-up beams, headers, blocking—and professionally reviewed and stamped them, confirming full code compliance and structural integrity for permits, insurance, or future needs. The team was skilled, highly responsive, and went above and beyond— even offering plumbing layout assistance when requested. Great value, clear communication, and top-tier client care. The barn turned out stunning with crisp white board-and-batten siding, bold black trim, classic gambrel roof, large grid windows, French doors, and abundant light; both projects are beautiful and fully functional.
