William Pappas and Encanto catered a wedding rehearsal dinner for 50 guests for us last weekend. William (Dave) was wonderful to work with through the planning process and did a fantastic job on the night of the event. He provided full service-- tables and chairs, linens, dishes, glassware--and it was all done with exceptional care and attention to presentation. And the food!! He put in extra effort to create a beautiful menu that was classy, delicious, and within our budget. Our guest raved and we were thrilled. Encanto is a great little restaurant, and they have a real jewel in their catering manager, Dave Pappas!

Excellent experience! Dave served our wedding and even brought a bar tender to serve drinks to our guests. He was very friendly and approachable and was always busy either serving food or drinks or cleaning up. He was very easy to communicate with prior to the wedding and told us that he knew exactly what to bring and not to worry about it since we already had our hands full planning the reception. His services were incredibly inexpensive relative to the high level of service he provided. Dave at Encanto Catering is a shining example of how catering and service should be!

Great food, value, and nicest people I can think of to work with in a tough situation (funeral). I will definitely hire them again if the opportunity arises.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We generally work and price by event. We will be providing some standard menus with pricing shortly, but we will always strive to offer competitive pricing. We understand the overriding importance of Budget and will work with you any way we can to provide quality product while respecting your budget needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to speak, or meet with the client briefly to determine the type of food, level of service, budget constraints, and any other specifics they may have, in order to prepare an accurate quote.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With 25 years experience in Hospitality and Catering, I have had total responsibility for nearly 2000 Catering functions.
