My laptop had not been running well and the picture on the screen had turned sideways. Mr. Thomas was prompt in beginning the repair, updated me as the repair progressed, explained what he did, and answered my questions. He completed the repair in a timely manner, and has been very gracious in following up with questions I had after setting up my laptop again. The charge for his services was more than fair. I will definitely go back to him for any future computer problems.

Terrible service. Individual is extremely non communicative with service updates, hard to get a hold of, and when I do he's full of lame excuses why the work hasn't been executed. It has been 3 weeks to do virus scans and replacement of one cooling fan on 2 computers. As yet I have not received my property back from this individual. For all I know he may be a scam artist who tries to steal people's identities. There has been very little communication from this person to prevent me from thinking otherwise. In the future I will definitely seek other means to obtain technical support for my computers.
