I had agreed to the date and time and provided my address. Jacob did not show for our scheduled appointment. Despite having a confirmed appointment, Jacob has a practice of texting you two hours before your scheduled appointment and if you don’t text back he will not show.

Ricky, I always send a message the morning of an appointment before heading out, especially for early time slots. As I explained in our texts, I’ve had past situations where I confirmed days in advance, showed up, and couldn’t reach the client—so I’ve learned to always double-check that day. I reached out at 7 a.m. but didn’t hear back until after our scheduled time at 10 a.m. I apologize for not messaging the night before—I was working in Bulverde until 8 p.m. and didn’t get home until close to 10. My schedule stays packed, and I do my best to stay on track so I can respect the time of all my clients throughout the day. That’s why I check in ahead of time—just to make sure everything’s still good to go. I appreciate the opportunity and hope you’re able to find the right fit for your project. Take care.
