Mark arrived at 7:45am to begin installing two chandeliers and four ceiling fans. He went above and beyond and cut chandelier rods to make sure the height was to our liking. He also replaced an old/ugly switch which was a nice bonus. Mark was finished by lunchtime, cleaned up his workspaces, and moved all of the old fixtures to a designated area for us. I highly recommend using him for your electrical projects. He's punctual, reliable, and sees to it that you're happy with the finished project!

My experience with Lone Oak Electric was great. He found the problem and did the repairs. He also fixed a problem that a previous electrician had caused. I thought he was professional, thorough, and courteous. I will call him again in the future and recommend the company to ootherz.

On time, timely scheduling of appointment, appreciate the fact he works on weekends. He explained what was going on with the wiring issue, and I was able to add a few extras onto the initial work request with no problem. Will definitely hire again when I decide to install recess lighting in my home.

I would highly recommend Mark. I was in a crunch, needing some electrical work done in order to sell my house. Mark worked around my schedule and was here the next day. He finished the work quickly and did an excellent job. VERY AFFORDABLE. I recommended that my realtor use him in the future. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a great electrician. Thank you, Mark!

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do offer standard pricing in most cases how ever its always better to the customer and the contractor to have the contractor look at the work before giving a price as not all job are the same. However keep in mind that when it come to trouble shooting a circuit there is no real way to give a price because the contractor is trying to find the cause of the issue. So time spent trouble shooting is usually by the hour once the issue has been found then at that time a price could be given to make the needed repair.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We take the time to inform both New Customers and existing Customers any electrical issues we find and how we are to correct the issue as per code. We answer any questions or concerns the customers may have.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 3 years of electrical trades in High School and have completed 4 year of Apprenticeship school. I have worked in Residential, Commercial, and Industrial areas of the Electrical Industry
