I had a water leak in my laundry room. They responded quickly and promptly to recover water damage and replaced water heater. New flooring was installed and damaged walls replaced. They completed all work in a professional and orderly manner to my total satisfaction.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process is very enjoyable and easy. We come to our potential customers. We analyze, suggest, and decide with the customer and their family. Then we have a bid no later than 2 days, from the time of first contact. We then either come to you; or email you; or email and come to you. Typically we do both. Just so that if our clients have any questions we can answer them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Omar Burciaga: * General contractor (everything) except, plumbing and electric work. * Many years of experience.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Our company started with the owner. I've been doing construction since I was 19. So 20+ years and now have my own company. I love making my clients happy. That is why we do, what we do!
