Introduction

I am licensed and insured (available upon request) with 25 years of experience in all phases of construction in residential, commercial, and Government installations which has given me the experience and ability to tackle any type of handy man work small or large. Not only is it gratifying to see the costumers reaction and appreciation after successfully identifying their issues and fixing them to their satisfaction, but also gives me a great sense of accomplishment completing a job well done. NOTE: Please consider that I have a minimum service charge which varies depending on the distance; Inside 1604 it’s a two hour minimum charge, outside 1604 it’s a three hour minimum, and increases depending on the distance.

I have a two hour minimum service charge.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first asses the project and communicate with the customer as much as possible as to what might have caused the problem and how it can be fixed, giving the customers different options when possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked with a General Contractor for 16 years on government installations giving me the experience and knowledge on how to perform and turn over the best quality project.
