I am a 70year old widow and Israel Handyman service responded to my water damage needs the same day. He was there within a couple of hours. I contacted several people thumbnail for an electrical issue. I had to wait 2 weeks for an appointment but hedid troubleshoot and fix my electrical issue. In those two weeks, I had several other people come and “look” and never attempted to troubleshoot or fix the actual problem, so by the time our appointment came around, the wait really made no difference to me. One thing is, I was not told about the 2 hour minimum per job. It took him maybe 30 minutes to complete the job. I would definitely use him again.

I had several electrical outlets that were not working. Thanks to Israel for trouble shooting and restoring the electrical portion. I will surely hire again for future issues. I recommend!
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a two hour minimum service charge.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first asses the project and communicate with the customer as much as possible as to what might have caused the problem and how it can be fixed, giving the customers different options when possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked with a General Contractor for 16 years on government installations giving me the experience and knowledge on how to perform and turn over the best quality project.
