The Modern Handyman San Antonio is a home improvement service managed by a third generation handyman and second generation general contractor with 20+ years experience. We do both small handyman and repair projects, and medium and large remodeling projects. I like being able to make people happy with what I can do for them. When I finish a project, it makes me feel good knowing that my skills are valued and that my customers are happy, and like my work.

Jesse was fortunately able to give me a free quote in person the same day I posted the request. After seeing what was probably the issue, he fixed the issue right on the spot and no more leaks/spills from the kitchen sink! Great service and very timely.

I don't have standard pricing because each repair and improvement varies.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will ask customers about their project, tell them a little about me, and set up a time to meet in person and see the area needing to be repaired or improved.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have twenty years of experience, and I am a licensed CA general contractor and plumber. San Antonio and Texas do not require a general contractor or handyman license.
