The owner initially reached out to me when I described my project on Thumbtack. He quickly arranged an estimate the next day which was a Sunday morning which worked great for me and my husband since we work during the week. He sent one of his lead guys who demonstrated professionalism throughout the process. My only issue during the whole process was that despite a few e-mails and a few attempts through the Thumbtack app to personally contact the owner, because we wanted to get the project started, he did not respond. It was not until I found his personal cell number through a "google" search, that my husband was able to contact and speak with him. Once that communication was established and the follow up calls were made, then the owner and his lead guy, Daniel, followed up and a starting date was established. From the start of the project (kid's bathroom upgrades), my communication was only with Daniel, which is exactly what worked best for our project. I will give kudos to Daniel and his assistant, Edgar, for managing the remodel perfectly! They were both timely and met me each morning prior to leaving for work for the day. Daniel always reached out to me for any concerns, questions, or requests to make sure I was getting what I wanted. He was able to point out a leak under the sink that involved replacing an entire (20 year old) valve which he gladly was able to fix. There were a couple of instances of further piping that leaked after the job was finished (the next 2 days) and Daniel promptly saw that these issues were resolved and worked around my work schedule to make sure the job was done correctly. What I also like about this company, is that I purchased all of the materials that I personally wanted, such as the double sink vanity from Costco, the tile, baseboards, crown molding, etc. and they provided only the labor which worked out well for both sides. Daniel even texted me pictures of the materials he would need for the tiling. Overall, I am very pleased with the look of the whole bathroom. I will definitely consider this company when we are ready to pursue our master bathroom remodel.
