Their pricing was great which is why we went with this company. However the day of the move was less then impressive. They were supposed to arrive at 9 am, I got an email at 9:13 am saying they were on the way. I got another email at 10:27 am that they were 45 minutes away. The truck finally arrived at 11:40 am. My husband took care of the move, he said when they arrived, though the guys were very nice, it was basically just like they went to Penske and rented a truck. They said they were told they only had 1.5 room to move so didn't bring enough supplies to move an entire house. They had to wait for their boss to bring shrink wrap and blankets for the furniture. Thankfully the loading and unloaded process went smoothly. Punctuality and preparation was definitely not something I could check off when looking for a mover.

Kevin was great! He did the work within me inquiring about the repairs within 5 days...and at a rate that was way lower than other pros had quoted me by looking at the photos i had attached.
