- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically, I charge $30/hour for our sessions and include a complimentary resume feedback. For more complex situations, we can negotiate a fair flat fee for particular services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I assess each person to better understand their goals. Through this, we can develop a path with reasonable time lines to be successful. Typically, our first session will be highly focused on developing a near term plan for your needs. If the client needs longer term or more complex support, we will balance near term with long term strategy to ensure no unnecessary risks are taken.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have nearly 16 years of human resources experience in military and civilian personnel programs in the Air Force. Additionally, I have been formally trained by the federal government in equal opportunity, mediation, and process improvement techniques.
