- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’m fair and upfront everytime
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Telling them everything they need before we get there and getting all items we’re taking noted. Also letting them know the materials I have for delicate things and things I can take apart if needed. Mostly simple communication so we’re both on the same page. Prices and where they’re located will be talked about and mileage could be included depending on the locations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The training & education came from so many people I wish I could name, but I’ve worked with so many moving companies in the past from all my sons, Two men and a truck, Texas Pro, Ect. I was blessed with some hardworking bosses and people willing to train me to do things the right way so In about the 5-6 years I’ve learned from seeing how the business is brought upon and different angels/ways to go about helping people in some of there toughest times.
