I was very hesitant to move forward w a watertreatment plan as it seemed to be gimmick or extremely high priced, with uncertainty as to the quality received. I had been pricing water softener systems from various companies. The prices seemed very steep. I decided to price them myself and look for a plumber to install. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very competitive. I try to make sure that I am not overcharging or ““ poking someone’s eyes out like I know the other companies and people can. I do have 15 years of experience so what comes with that is my license and experience of that is included in the pricing however I do offer discounts for referrals. If you refer a customer to me, I do give you 10% off your next service.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process of working with a customer during communication I may ask for pictures maybe video depending on the scope of work that needs to be done
