- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very competitive. I try to make sure that I am not overcharging or ““ poking someone’s eyes out like I know the other companies and people can. I do have 15 years of experience so what comes with that is my license and experience of that is included in the pricing however I do offer discounts for referrals. If you refer a customer to me, I do give you 10% off your next service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process of working with a customer during communication I may ask for pictures maybe video depending on the scope of work that needs to be done
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my training through the Texas commission of environmental quality (T.C.E.Q.) my license number is WTS0004898.
