Mike had been a true blessing to my family as we were unable to get anyone to help us install a water filtration system for 3 years. He took the challenge and boy did he deliver. He is such a wealth of information I had to record my sessions because he knows everything about this business. It was like having my own personal chatgpt AI bot that knew all I needed to know. He took the time to drive out to our location and provide white glove treatment. He is always on time, says what he is going to do then does it. Mike makes you feel like you are his only client. Like he is dedicated to you and you feel very taken care of. He is very transparent, direct, clear and honest. That is also very refreshing when you just want someone to tell you straight all of the options and what you really need. Mike is more interested in repeat clients and referrals than he is about selling a bunch of things his clients don’t need. I have had several different water softening systems over the years as well as different vendors to support and install. Mike is in an entirely different level of reliability and support that is several orders of magnitude greater than anyone else by a long shot. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very competitive. I try to make sure that I am not overcharging or ““ poking someone’s eyes out like I know the other companies and people can. I do have 15 years of experience so what comes with that is my license and experience of that is included in the pricing however I do offer discounts for referrals. If you refer a customer to me, I do give you 10% off your next service.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process of working with a customer during communication I may ask for pictures maybe video depending on the scope of work that needs to be done
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my training through the Texas commission of environmental quality (T.C.E.Q.) my license number is WTS0004898.
