I contacted Lion King and told them I suspected a problem with the capacitor. The next day they sent out Ayan to take a look. He was supposed to arrive between 2 and 3 and he arrived right at 2pm.. thank you. He immediately suspected the problem was the capacitor. He didn't have the correct size with him (mine was apparently not common) but he had a capacitor with him that he was able to use to troubleshoot and sure enough it was the capacitor. Ayan diagnosed the problem (and explained it to me), got the new part, and had it replaced in an hour and for $275. Just for comparison, I had another company out the day before who misdiagnosed the problem as the fan motor and quoted me $1700-1800 to repair and then tried to convince me I needed a completely new unit for $3000. Fixing the problem for a great price was a huge relief to me, and I really respect and appreciate the honesty and not trying to take advantage of someone who's AC isn't working on one of the hottest days of the year. Thank you... I will not hesitate to use Lion King in the future and highly recommend them and Ayan. Thank you.

I was having issues with my home A/C and got a quote from one company for $1,157, which felt way too high. Luckily, I found Lion King heating & cooling who turned out to be honest, professional, and very fair. He fixed the problem quickly and only charged $400.
