FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is usually done as a fixed price unless the work is unclear. With website functionality, the scope of work must be detailed to ensure an accurate quote. No one wants to realize, down the road, that it will take a lot more $$$ to get it done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a phone call or face-to-face meeting to talk about the scope of work. This is also a good time to see if this is a good fit for both of us. We certainly want a WIN-WIN situation. If I'm not the right guy for the project, I'll let the client know and make recommendations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 15 years in website design, website development, search engine optimization, digital marketing, content creation, and e-learning. I have experience with advertising agencies so I have a broad perspective on most things digital.
