I am sooooo pleased with this company. I called and they said it would be about an hour, not even fifteen minutes later received a call that Chris was available and was it ok for him to come by. If you have been in the position where your toilet is out of order you would understand how grateful I was to receive this call. Chris and Zack showed up promptly and were genuinely customer friendly. I am so glad that all other plumbers were not available for the customer service experience alone. They answered all of my questions and explained what they were doing without reservation. If I need another plumber these are my guys. They cleaned up after they were finished and disposed of the waste. Great company.

All I can say is wow! If I could give them ten stars I would. Michael and his team are true professionals and they won't quit until your problem is resolved. They also take the entire customer service/experience very seriously and they don't charge you any hidden fees. They are totalIy transparent and they have the best prices around(Killeen, Harker Heights, Temple and Belton area). I contacted Patriot Plumbing Services to help out a family friend(plumbing issue) and their response/arrival time to the house was within 1 hour! Amazing!!!! I have lived in Killeen since 2012 and I can honestly say that I won't even consider another plumbing service other than this one. Michael great job to you and your team. So if you truly want great service and professionalism that won't break your bank, call on these guys!

Called Patriot Plumbing Service after receiving a quote from another company for several thousand dollars to replace my sewer line. Patriot was able to do what the other company could not and only charged a couple hundred dollars. Thanks guys!
