Have I mentioned before how awesome Corey is??? He responds quickly and works professionally. He’s done 3 jobs for me and if I need plumping work, he’s the only one I’m calling! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is upfront and fair. No surprises.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally, I'll come take a look at what you need done(no charge). I'll work up a price, if you agree. I'll get you squared away, when the work is complete, and you are satisfied, we work out payment. If you don't like my price, we part ways, no problem. If you're not satisfied with the work, I'll make it right. I strive to only do quality work that sells itself.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Being able to learn the trade from my father, I picked up a few things most guys keep to them selves. I also have a med gas endorsement, which basically just means I can braze.
