Jesus arrived 5 minutes early, assessed the job (remove ugly light fixtures from 14ft peaked ceiling and replace w/ a prettier fixture), Got his tools & ladder & got to work. Ran into a snag after old lamp was removed: the holding strap was held in place by 2 small screws into wood, not a junction box. Removed old stuff, installed new hanging hardware & mounted the pretty, new fixture. Hit the power switch & no smoke! Jesus is a very conscientious craftsman and fun to talk with. All things considered, we'll be having him back soon.
