10/10 quality, service, and value. I’m a big review reader before I buy/select anything, but ironically I always forget to leave reviews after. For Debbie and her daughter I had to make an exception. I’ve never used packers to move before, so when I asked them to pack my 1500 sqft 2 bedroom townhome, I didn’t know what to expect whatsoever in terms of cost or time or quality. Wow did they blow me away. They work so fast but took so much care with our delicate items, labeled everything, and blew my fiance and I away. Their quote was 1/4th of the hours of another vendor, and 1/4th of the price as well. Cannot emphasize enough if you’re going to choose packers in dallas, there is no one else to even consider.

Debbie and her Daughter did an amazing Job! I’ve moved many times but they did a wonderful job making sure everything was packed carefully and would stay in place during the move. She went above and beyond helping me get through this difficult part of moving. She did an excellent job at a very reasonable price.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$150 an hour for 2 packers, $175 an hour for 3 packers, both with a 4 hour minimum for small jobs and within a certain distance, all others are a 4 hour minimum. We can bring all the boxes and supplies for the cost of those supplies..
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
