Our rates are as follows: * $150 -- Windows reinstallation, which includes backing up and restoring your data * $100 -- hardware repairs (plus the cost of parts) * $100 -- hardware upgrades, for example, memory, hard drive, video card, and DVD burner (plus the cost of parts) * $30 -- pickup and delivery charge in and around town if you can't bring the computer in or you are uncomfortable disconnecting the cables I work out of my house and cover the whole San Antonio area.
