Our rates are as follows:
* $150 -- Windows reinstallation, which includes backing up and restoring your data
* $100 -- hardware repairs (plus the cost of parts)
* $100 -- hardware upgrades, for example, memory, hard drive, video card, and DVD burner (plus the cost of parts)
* $30 -- pickup and delivery charge in and around town if you can't bring the computer in or you are uncomfortable disconnecting the cables
I work out of my house and cover the whole San Antonio area.

I had a software problem that caused my computer to freeze up. Dave came to my home and picked up my computer and removed the problem along with other unnecessary software that were slowing down the computer. I was very impressed with Dave's knowledge and would recommend him to any of my friends.

I live on the mainland, but my parents are back in Hawaii. My parents' computer stopped working so I am grateful to have found a a reliable contractor in Dave. He went to their place and took care of everything: accompanying my dad to Costco to pick out a computer, file transferring and printer/bookmarks setup. I really appreciate him going above and beyond the needed service! Highly recommend.

Excellent service. Took care of my problem quickly. Also, provided information on data storage. Technician came to pick up my computer and after repair delivered it back to me.

Once contacted, Dave came to my office as scheduled. Checked the PC, determined what needed to be done and had it repaired in the time he stated. He stayed to ensure the PC operated normally. I would call on him again. Prices were fair.
