- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
yes I have a price list on just about every Appliance to be installed you will find that I am 20 to 30% cheaper on my installation prices there are some extra pricing when it comes to modification of a cabinet mostly cutting there are some things that I will not do when I think that a professional in that field should be doing it like rebuilding a cabinet or some kind of special ducting I will be upfront with you and honest and discuss that with you and look at our options.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
well first of all I like to get to know the person that I am doing the work for there are sometimes when the customer is overwhelmed and I like to bring reassurance to make them feel better I like to always stay positive and not negative I found that if one person is frustrated sooner or later both are going to be frustrated and I tried to avoid that by reassuring the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
l graduated from high school I have been trained and certified in quite a few Appliance brands like Sub-Zero Wolf Thermador Viking Whirlpool KitchenAid Frigidaire Samsung and more I have been doing it for 28 years and have ran into just about every appliance installation.
