What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try to be the most reasonable on our pricing, we base our pricing off the rate that it cost to dump and fuel prices for the most part.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually have the customer send pics to get more of a precise estimate, and our dumpster rental side we will book whatever schedule is best for the customer, we are very flexible and care more about making life easier for the customers
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with big chain corporations with a magnitude of work all the way down hauling off a simple twin mattress for a customer, we work with EVERYONE!
