Lance Rodby did a fabulous job for us in every aspect listed above. This was the third house that my wife and I have had built and I have never worked with a more knowledgeable, dependable and honest person than Lance.
We originally hired him to put our roof on but eventually he framed it, roofed it, put the siding on, installed our gutters and downspouts and every other odd job that came up along the way. He was meticulous in detail and pleasant to be around, happy to answer any question we had.
I would hire Lance Rodby again in a heartbeat and would recommend him to anyone who is doing any of the great variety of things he does so well.

Hire this guy. I am a General Contractor and after dealing with several flakey roofers, I stumbled across Lance here on Thumbtack. Lance is an excellent roofer and his prices are good for the budget. Lance and his crew even tried to roof my project 9/12 pitch in the snow. He really put forth a great effort and does what he says.
