Friendly and fast. He built us a solid deck but not impressed with his finish work. The quality of some of the boards were less than acceptable. In his defense , he said to watch them and if they splintered he would change them. Would rather just had quality boards to begin with. They are pine and not cedar but still wasn't suppose to be flawed. I wasn't there when they finished just my 82 yr old Mom. I would have made him change a couple of things. He came out right away and finished in a very timely fashion and cleaned all of his mess up. I liked that. If he holds true to his promise of replacing boards if necessary we will be happy.
