Jimmywas prompt, professional and personable. He did a super job cleaning my dryer vent up through rooftop. He had me test dryer while he was on roof to make sure there was good clear airflow. He is highly recommended by me. Thank you Jimmy! Will be using you in the future for maintenance.

James showed up early, listened to my concerns, and only charged me for the service he rendered, rather than a standard minimum for a more complicated job -- I just needed a quick visual inspection to tell me that the chimney was safe to burn wood in the fireplace. He was great!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Chimney Inspection and Cleaning - $125
Dryer Vent Cleaning - Basic External Wall Exit - $110
Attic / Roof Access - $150
We are NOT able to provide:
- chimney cap installation or repair
- masonry repair / rebuild
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
- Communicate per customer preference, phone, text, or email, to coordinate appointment date and time.
- Call prior to appointment to confirm time before arriving.
- Ask questions to clarify type and style of service needed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a son of a fireman of 30+ years that instilled great knowledge of fire safety and importance of fire prevention. While I do not hold any certain license or certification, I have a strong base of education and knowledge in the practice of chimney and dryer vent fire prevention.
