- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is transparent and straightforward. Texas law sets the notarial fee at $10 per notarized signature. Additional service fees may apply for mobile travel, document handling, printing, scanning, or specialized services such as loan signings or apostille processing. A standard mobile travel fee applies when I travel to the client’s location. Any additional costs are always disclosed upfront before the appointment is confirmed. No surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer submits a booking request or inquiry I confirm the appointment details and review the documents We meet either in person or online (RON), where I verify identity and complete the notarization I ensure all documents are properly executed with no blanks The customer receives their completed documents promptly My process is efficient, professional, and designed to make the experience stress-free.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a commissioned Texas Notary Public with training in: General Notary Work (GNW) Remote Online Notarization (RON) Loan and real estate document signings Apostille facilitation and international documents I stay current with Texas notary laws, compliance standards, and best practices to ensure every notarization is accurate and legally sound.
