After having nightmare experiences with two prior accountants, it was an absolute pleasure working with Daphene. She is one of the fastest, most prompt communicators I've ever worked with- it's almost as if she is sitting at her desk 24/7 waiting for your paperwork to come in. Dee is amazing! All I can say is “well done”. :) She was quick, efficient, and professional. She is highly skilled and has lots of knowledge about getting taxes done. She made the entire process stress-free and was always available to answer my questions via email or phone. This was my first time filling as a business owner and she made sure all all my T’S were crossed and I’s were dotted. She made sure I got the most tax breaks and I needed up owing much lesser then expected. Excellent communication!. I will definitely be returning next year.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new customer is to asking lots of question to gain knowledge of their tax situation in order to provide excellent customer satisfaction on which is my goal.
