- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I receive a request from a customer, I strive to submit a quote that best fits there needs. If I have a contact phone number available, I immediately contact them ( so as long as the time of the day is reasonable) once I make verbal contact with the customer I ask more questions regarding there issue, any measures they've already attempted to take, then what service I can provide to resolve the problems. I let them know my prices and if the customer is satisfied with them I proceed to take down there contact information and set the earliest/fastest appointment available.

The best advice I can give a customer looking for any type of service whether it's pest control or any other type; READ REVIEWS. Reviews tell you how successful the company is, how they left there customers feeling, and if they are worth hiring to meet your needs.
