Rob, did an excellent job installing my door pulls throughout my home. He was very friendly and professional and we look forward to having him do some cabinet/shelf work in the near future.Mar 24, 2020Verified
I thoroughly enjoyed having this company perform my painting job. In addition to painting, I had door security installed and plan to have additional work done in the next few weeks! I highly recommend!Dec 21, 2018Verified

Tile Installation and Replacement
Rob is great to work with and very concerned with the quality and pricing of his projects. Will definitely have him do additional projects for our home.Sep 23, 2019VerifiedPinnacle Home Improvement LLC's reply
Thank you Gary. I enjoyed working with you on your project and look forward to working on many more projects with you in the future
Beware of this contractor! I contracted this person to do my kitchen renovation but did not finish the job. He promised to come back but never did. How I wish I can attached more photos. Here are a few of the unfinished job that he did to us. I thought he is a legit. And they work super slow.Feb 6, 2020VerifiedPinnacle Home Improvement LLC's reply
Mr. Rudolf, I apologize if you feel like you had a bad experience with our company but our reviews speak for themselves. We have 90% positive 5 star reviews. We contracted to have subway tile installed in your kitchen which would have been installed in 2 days which would include the install and the grouting of said tiles. You sent a picture of the tile in the picture and I said it was nice and you decided to buy it without consulting on additional labor price. That tile takes way longer to install then traditional subway tile and I told you that. When I mentioned it to you you proceeded to laugh about it and didn’t want to pay more for labor. I also did some additional work for you at no cost. Furthermore I should have realized from the start that when another contractor that you hired walked off the job due to you not paying for additional work that you wanted to have done it should have been a red flag, but at the time I believed that it was the other contractors fault and it wasn’t until towards the end of the job that I found out that you lacked the funds to finish the project. (ie: couldn’t pay the plumber when I was out of town and remove from ending balance in which I said that is fine). Please ensure when you do another project that you have the proper funds to complete the project and not attempt to make changes and not pay for them. Sincerely, Rob
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? My prices vary from paint, flooring, drywall, etc. Our pricing is based on each individual project. We need to know the budget upfront so that we can give our clients what they need and want at a affordable price. Time & material pricing is as follows: $45.00 per man on the project + cost of materials with a 2 hour minimum. We also do not up-charge materials. Whatever the material cost is what you get it for. Labor is enough by itself. We run a different discount every month.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? The number one thing we want to know & understand is what the clients needs and wants are (SCOPE OF WORK). SECOND: We assure our clients that we understand what their needs are and that we we will be meet & exceed their needs in a professional & timely manner. THIRD: We offer our years of expertise at an affordable price. Having our clients express to us about what their budget is for a project instead of just going with the lowest bid and costing themselves more money, time, & unhappiness which a lot of times leads to disappointment. FOURTH: We understand that sometimes things come up on either side and the original start date doesn't work but, we always work with our clients to set a start date that works for their schedule and ours. FIFTH: At the completion of each job we will do a walk through with a check list of each task performed (flooring, paint, cabinets, etc) to ensure our clients are 110% satisfied with their project. If they see something we will resolve it that day depending on time or the next available day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work? The owner has an associates degree in architecture and construction management as well as a bachelors degree in project management from Alabama. The owner has been in the residential construction industry for 24 years. He meets with each and every client at the beginning, middle, and end of each project.
