FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices vary from paint, flooring, drywall, etc. Our pricing is based on each individual project. We need to know the budget upfront so that we can give our clients what they need and want at a affordable price. Time & material pricing is as follows: $45.00 per man on the project + cost of materials with a 2 hour minimum. We also do not up-charge materials. Whatever the material cost is what you get it for. Labor is enough by itself. We run a different discount every month.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The number one thing we want to know & understand is what the clients needs and wants are (SCOPE OF WORK). SECOND: We assure our clients that we understand what their needs are and that we we will be meet & exceed their needs in a professional & timely manner. THIRD: We offer our years of expertise at an affordable price. Having our clients express to us about what their budget is for a project instead of just going with the lowest bid and costing themselves more money, time, & unhappiness which a lot of times leads to disappointment. FOURTH: We understand that sometimes things come up on either side and the original start date doesn't work but, we always work with our clients to set a start date that works for their schedule and ours. FIFTH: At the completion of each job we will do a walk through with a check list of each task performed (flooring, paint, cabinets, etc) to ensure our clients are 110% satisfied with their project. If they see something we will resolve it that day depending on time or the next available day.
