From start to finish, our experience was outstanding! From the very first phone call, the team was incredibly responsive. They came out almost immediately to measure our home, provide an estimate, and discuss our project. What really impressed me was that they took the time to ask about our budget and genuinely worked with us to find an option that fit without making us feel pressured.
They brought physical flooring samples to our home so we could see everything in our own space before making a decision, which made the process so much easier.
We did experience an unexpected issue that was completely outside of their control—the flooring supplier sent the wrong vinyl. After about half of the floor had been installed, I noticed the mistake and let them know. Their response is what truly earned this 5-star review. They didn’t make excuses or shift blame. Instead, they immediately sprang into action, clearly explained our options, and offered either a discount or a full replacement with the correct flooring. We chose to have it replaced, and they had the correct flooring delivered in just five days. They then removed the incorrect flooring and completed the entire installation within two days.
Throughout the entire process, communication was excellent. They kept us informed every step of the way, answered every question quickly, and made sure we were completely satisfied. Their craftsmanship is beautiful, but what stood out even more was their customer service. It’s easy to provide great service when everything goes perfectly—it’s how a company handles unexpected problems that really shows its character. They handled ours with professionalism, urgency, and integrity.
I couldn’t be happier with our new floors. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for quality work and exceptional customer service. They truly went above and beyond, and I would hire them again without hesitation. Five stars all the way!

We recently just closed on a new home and wanted to change out all our floors, change our kitchen cabinet color and backsplash, and install turf in our backyard. My pricing is very standard, I don't like to take advantage of customers, I believe in building relationships with my clients for future work and reference. I always work with customers budget.

I have a phone conversation and explain the entire process, I like to give customers different choices on how things can be done. Also I offer reference from other clients, I believe on safety and I like my customers to feel comfortable around me.
