I typically handle things myself, but with garage doors, I know the work that goes into it is very tedious and if you're not trained well, they can be very dangerous to handle. I'm the type of person who researches companies for services around my house. After calling around, I noticed that a lot of garage door companies are not very customer service savvy. A lot of the companies I called didn't know English either. I like to be welcomed when I call, a company who will go out of their way for my business. After a few different calls to a few different garage door companies, I finally came across these guys, Overhead Door Pros. I was routed to a friendly representative who was able to set up an appointment with a technician the same day. The time window was also small (two hours) compared to other different types of companies. The technician showed up at the start of the time window and was done with the work after some short time. The technician who showed up was clean and very professional. Since the service was so pleasant I decided to write a review.

Great service and on time!! Our family has used this company for our garage doors and have recommended them to our neighbors and friends. You can expect a short call time window as opposed to an 8-hour window you would get with the cable company and the technican who is able to diagnose and fix the problem in the same appointment. Very professional and great prices - worked with us when the warranty company denied our claim.

We do have a standard pricing system for all repairs based on our part cost and how long the job takes. These times and prices vary based on job. Free estimates are always available.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We come out to check the working condition of the customers garage door and opener. Give professional advice on garage door and opener repair needs and offer permenant solutions to those needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 30 years of experience in the garage door industry. We also run a garage door training program available quarterly to all garage door technicians from all over Texas.
