Eric was my general contractor on three renovation projects, including a seriously distressed property that needed extensive work. He’s incredibly versatile and hands-on, handling everything from framing, flooring and cabinets to windows, siding, insulation, drywall, and kitchen and bathroom fixtures. He also coordinated the plumbing and electrical contractors and kept the projects moving at a good pace, with careful attention to doing things correctly and to code.
