- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide upfront, transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Our pricing is based on the volume of items, labor involved, and any special conditions like stairs or long carry distances. We’re always happy to give estimates from photos or in person before starting the job. Discounts may be available for larger jobs or repeat customers. What we quote is what you can expect — no surprises at the end.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by understanding what items need to be removed and provide an upfront quote. Once approved, we schedule a time that works best for the customer. On the day of the job, we arrive on time, confirm the scope, and handle all the heavy lifting. After everything is removed, we make sure the area is clean and the customer is satisfied before completing the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
While junk removal is hands-on work, our experience comes from real-world jobs handling everything from small pickups to full cleanouts.
