We had only met Marcus briefly before we hired him to prepare and serve fajitas to a group of 10 people. Marcus was professional, polite and prompt. We turned our kitchen over to him and got out of the way. We are lifelong Texans and have eaten our share of Tex-mex. The food we were served was remarkable in both quality and presentation. My wife and I don’t have enough good things to say about the experience and recommend Marcus and his services to anyone who will listen. If I had to describe his services in a few words it would be that he under promises and over delivers. Great business philosophy!

What can I say other than..." Delicious." The food was absolutely amazing and well prepared! We ate on time and this was perfect for our family holiday gathering. The level of professionalism and courtesy was superb! Will definitely have Chambers Country Cooking again! Please call him! His cooking is nothing short of "grandma's," and you'll enjoy every bite!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We like to customize our pricing to fit each client's budget. There is a 50% deposit that must be paid in order to book date. The remaining balance will be due the day of the event.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk with you briefly about what your expectations are so we can build a package that fits your taste.
