FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don’t offer one-size-fits-all or one-off pricing. I work on a monthly retainer because I take ownership of the financial side of the business, not individual tasks. After a short discovery call to understand your business and complexity, I’ll outline a clear monthly engagement so you know exactly what’s covered. There are no surprise fees, the goal is consistency, clarity, and fewer financial decisions for you to manage.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a short discovery call to understand your business and how you’re currently handling finances. If it’s a good fit, I take over the financial side, getting the books clean, connecting systems, and establishing a simple rhythm so nothing falls through the cracks. The goal is a smooth transition where you’re no longer managing finances day to day and can trust that everything is handled consistently.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and am an IRS-licensed Enrolled Agent, which allows me to represent clients before the IRS. I also bring over 13 years of hands-on experience managing full financial operations — including payroll, reporting, and compliance, for small and mid-sized businesses. That background allows me to take responsibility for the financial side with confidence and accountability.
