- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick call to understand your business, your goals, and your current challenges. If it’s a good fit for both of us, we’ll put together a customized proposal based on your needs. Once you’re happy with the plan, we’ll sign an agreement and get to work. Our goal is to make the onboarding smooth and deliver value right from the start.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from a U.S. university and am a licensed Enrolled Agent with the IRS. I bring over 13 years of experience as an Accounting Manager for mid-sized companies, plus 9 years of experience running my own accounting firm. This mix of corporate and small business experience helps me understand the real-world needs of trade contractors and deliver practical, reliable solutions.
