FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every business has different needs, so I don’t believe in one‑size‑fits‑all pricing. After a free discovery call to learn about your goals, challenges and the scope of work—whether it’s monthly bookkeeping, payroll, tax preparation or full CFO services—I’ll recommend a package or hourly rate that’s clear and fair. You’ll always know exactly what you’re paying for and there are never surprise fees. My goal is to deliver more value than you expect.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We kick things off with a quick discovery call to learn about your business, your goals and any pain points. If we’re a good fit, I’ll prepare a customized proposal outlining the services you need – from monthly bookkeeping and payroll to tax filing and strategic planning. Once you’re happy with the scope and pricing, we’ll sign an agreement and get started. Onboarding includes setting up or cleaning up your accounting system (usually QuickBooks Online), connecting your bank and credit card feeds, and establishing a calendar for regular check‑ins. My goal is to make the transition smooth and deliver value from day one.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from a U.S. university and am an IRS‑licensed Enrolled Agent, which means I’m authorized to represent taxpayers before the IRS. Before launching my own firm, I spent over 13 years as an Accounting Manager for mid‑sized companies, overseeing payroll, accounts payable/receivable and financial reporting. Since 2016 I’ve run my own practice serving contractors and small businesses, so I understand both the corporate and entrepreneurial sides of accounting and compliance.
