Showed up on time when he said he would (no small thing these days). My appliance problem turned out to be minor, which he fixed in a matter of minutes and only charged for the service call. I'll be sure to call again when I have another problem, large or small.

Diagnosed problem ( leaky gasket in dishwasher) very quickly. Tightened it so that it wouldn't leak while waiting for replacement gasket. Replaced gasket. Reasonable price. Will use again.

He showed up on time and took care of my needs. He even moved around his schedule to take care of me same day. I needed a washer /dryer installation and wasn't able to do it myself. He was very polite, did great work at a fair price and I will use him in the future.

This is an excellent business to seek help from. They are honest, on time, professional, and did exactly what I needed for them to do. They advised me that my old dishwasher was probably not worth fixing, gave me an estimate for fixing it, and recommended that I check into purchasing a new one that wouldn't be much more than fixing the old one. So, they came out 2 separate times, and I have given their name to friends & family. I am already thinking about some other things that I need to have repaired & plan to call them when I'm ready.
