- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in fair and transparent pricing. A diagnostic fee applies to inspect your appliance, but if you choose to move forward with the repair, the diagnostic fee is waived and you only pay for the repair itself. The final cost depends on the appliance, the issue, and any parts needed. We proudly offer special discounts for veterans and other members of our community.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is designed to be simple and transparent. Customers can call or book an appointment with us to schedule a service visit. One of our technicians will arrive, inspect the appliance, and diagnose the issue. We then explain the problem and the repair cost before starting any work. If the customer approves the repair, we complete the service, and the diagnostic fee is waived so the customer only pays for the repair. We aim to provide fast, honest, and professional appliance repair service every time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians have professional training and hands-on experience in appliance repair. All of our technicians have a minimum of 3 years of field experience diagnosing and repairing household appliances. Our supervisors have over 7 years of experience in the industry, and our team also includes an engineer who supports complex diagnostics and technical solutions. This combination of experience and technical knowledge allows us to provide reliable and efficient repair services for a wide range of appliance brands and models.
