I called this company Vento appliancerepair for a refrigerator issue. I was having outside of my garage. They came and promptly fix it. However, the issue weird is likely head again and they were quick to respond to tell me what was going on and even Doug deeper and found more problems which normally would be a problem, but I’m glad they did. Yes, they said it was from a lightning strike. We had a little bit of a miscommunication with timing, but they made sure I was satisfied prior to coming out and finishing the repair. I highly recommend them.

Ercan is the best!!! He fixed my washer, and is the most helpful!!! He was always on time, great with communication and just an awesome person!! He even lifted up the washer to help remove the drain pan for us. Would definitely use him again!!

Our washing machine flooded and we called Vento ApplianceRepair. Ercan was the technician who came to our house, diagnosed the problem & ordered the necessary replacement part on a Friday morning, and installed the necessary replacement part on a Monday morning after it arrived. He explained the issue and the fix very well and I felt that the price was very reasonable. If we ever have any future appliance issues well definitely be calling Vento again!

We believe in fair and transparent pricing. A diagnostic fee applies to inspect your appliance, but if you choose to move forward with the repair, the diagnostic fee is waived and you only pay for the repair itself. The final cost depends on the appliance, the issue, and any parts needed. We proudly offer special discounts for veterans and other members of our community.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is designed to be simple and transparent. Customers can call or book an appointment with us to schedule a service visit. One of our technicians will arrive, inspect the appliance, and diagnose the issue. We then explain the problem and the repair cost before starting any work. If the customer approves the repair, we complete the service, and the diagnostic fee is waived so the customer only pays for the repair. We aim to provide fast, honest, and professional appliance repair service every time.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians have professional training and hands-on experience in appliance repair. All of our technicians have a minimum of 3 years of field experience diagnosing and repairing household appliances. Our supervisors have over 7 years of experience in the industry, and our team also includes an engineer who supports complex diagnostics and technical solutions. This combination of experience and technical knowledge allows us to provide reliable and efficient repair services for a wide range of appliance brands and models.
