Our pricing is always transparent and tailored to each project’s specific needs — no hidden fees or surprise costs. Every estimate includes labor, materials (if applicable), and cleanup. We provide clear, itemized proposals so you know exactly what you’re paying for. We also offer free estimates and work with clients to fit their budget without compromising quality. Larger projects or repeat customers may qualify for loyalty or multi-project discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free consultation or estimate to learn about your project, goals, and budget. Once we understand your vision, we create a detailed proposal outlining the scope of work, timeline, and pricing. After you approve the proposal, we schedule the project — no deposit required. Before starting, we confirm all materials, finishes, and layout details to make sure everything is clear and accurate. Throughout the project, our team keeps open communication, maintains a clean workspace, and provides updates every step of the way. Once the job is finished, we do a final walkthrough with you to ensure everything meets your expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been hands-on in the construction industry since a young age, learning directly from experienced builders and tradesmen. Over the years, I’ve completed advanced training in remodeling, plumbing, tile installation, and project management. Most of my knowledge comes from real jobsite experience and working closely with professionals who value craftsmanship and detail.
