- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Our pricing is customizable to the customer explicit needs. We know that everything rises and falls on leadership and thus our responsibility is to help them become the best leader they can be. Leadership is Influence. Nothing more, nothing less.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First and foremost, ask a lot of questions. Most people have the answers from within, it is my job to help pull it out of them to maximize their potential. We do that, but asking lots of questions to better understand the person. After all, companies are not success, people are successful. We don't use a cookie cutter approach to coaching, each person is different and we listen to our clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?As a Executive Director with John Maxwell Team, I am uniquely qualified and certified by the #1 Leadership guru in the world, John C. Maxwell. His leadership and guidance has given me the skill and will to impact lives. The Law of the Lid states, a leaders ability determines a person's level of effectiveness. In other words, your organization can only rise as highest the leader can take them. We take our clients higher.
