I would like to thank Josh and his upper management team for their professionalism and outstanding customer service throughout this experience. I would also like to recognize Trey, the A/C technician, for his professionalism during the entire process. He was very informative, kept me updated throughout the service, and took the time to acknowledge and understand my frustrations while actively working to help resolve the issues.Additionally, one of the owners personally took the time to listen to my wifes and my concerns and made every effort to make things right. That level of care and accountability is ultimately what led to Josh coming out to service my unit. Their communication, responsiveness, and willingness to stand behind their word truly made a difference.I sincerely appreciate the level of care and commitment they demonstrated in resolving the issues and ensuring customer satisfaction. Thank you again for providing such great service and for showing integrity, professionalism, and genuine concern throughout the entire process.

Brent came out and diagnosed a complicated issue from lightning. I am super happy with his attention to detail. The next day Brent and Dillon came out and knocked it out without complication. I 100 percent will be using them again in the future.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with listening to what the customer is experiencing and scheduling a convenient service visit, often with same-day availability when possible. A Hart HVAC and Electric technician will inspect the system or electrical issue, explain the findings clearly, and review the best repair or installation options.
