This was a great experience - I was told my data could not be recovered. Derek Heaton is a professional data recovery specialist who charges a fare price. I will definitely use him for other computer issues and spread the word to family and friends.

Thank you Susan! I'm glad I was able to recover your files. That would have been a lot of work to lose! The "people with black ties" that told you your data was unrecoverable were on the right track, they just didn't know about of didn't know how to apply the fix.

I hired Derek to retrieve lost pst, document and PDF files plus Outlook emails, folders and custom folders and contacts. He is in the process of successfully doing just that. Another tech company was unsuccessful at it. They also told me my files and hard drive were corrupted but Derek didn't find that to be the case. A great computer tech and problem solver. Hire him for great results!

Derek did an outstanding job for me. He did the job on schedule and came by my house to finish the work. The first keyboard shipped did not fit my computer so he returned it and the next one shipped fit. The whole job was done quickly and professionally.

He was knowledgeable, personable, and conscientious in the face of several antivirus software challenges. He started and finished timely. He worked for fixed price and stuck to it despite delays and confusion caused by Antivirus Bitdefender. And, he was very affordable.

Although our phone conversation got out to a rough start but I would definitely recommend Derek for computer service. He was willing to come to me and look at my computer issues. He was willing to work with my schedule and made the trip in the rain and diagnosed the problem at no charge.
He is reasonable in price and if I had another problem I would definitely give him a call
