Mr. Tisdale provided outstanding support to my family with our IT setup. He quickly assessed what we needed, got all of our devices connected, and ensured every cord and component was properly organized and functioning. What stood out most was his ability to simplify what could have been a complicated process and make everything seamless for us. His technical expertise is clear, but just as important is his professionalism and attention to detail. He took the time to walk us through the setup, answered questions thoroughly, and made sure we were fully comfortable before wrapping up. Excellent performance, superior technical competence, super friendly and professional. I highly recommend Deandre (so much that I have already hired him again). The first time, the task was to pull two new Ethernet cables from a room on the first floor at one end of the house up to another room on the second floor at the other end of the house; that meant that the cables had to be routed up into the attic. The second time I hired him was to rewire an old twisted-pair telephone circuit used for a FAX machine. That sounds like it ought to be simple, but it was not because of a rat's nest in the wiring closet and a nearly inaccessible phone socket located behind heavy, immovable furniture. And there were other complications. But the right tools and a clear understanding of these old and new technologies resulted in both of my problems being solved. If you have a complex or difficult problem, Deandre at ProPCiT can handle it. I have more problematic technology issues, mostly involving old, heavy printers, so I'll be hiring him again!

I highly recommend ProPCiT for any tech needs. Duendra is fantastic to work with. He works incredibly hard and delivers outstanding customer service. He ran Ethernet wiring to multiple bedrooms and successfully set up a PoE camera system. Everything works perfectly.
