Deundra, came to repair our printers and not only did he repair it but also saved us more $$ in parts by using what we already had. (older non-functioning printers) He is also very knowledgeable about the machinery and offered great solutions. Quick and easy repair. Very responsive in answering all of our questions. Mr. Tisdale was awesome! He was very responsive and explained what he was doing and why. He was also very patient with me when I locked my keys in the car. We weren't able to fix the problem completely, but he did help me find a great deal on a new printer. The adjustments he did make will help me limp across the finish line until the new one arrives. Overall, it was a GREAT experience working with him! I will definitely come back for any tech needs.
