I reached out to Tech prior to flying into town, as I was only going to be in the area for a short time — but getting my Canon MF653 printer serviced was a top priority. After discussing the issue, he guaranteed a service time whether I brought it in or had him come to me. He was extremely thorough and prompt, completing the job within the exact timeframe he promised, which was crucial given my tight schedule and upcoming flight. Deundre did a wonderful job. My printer had a leaking valve from one of the ink tanks. He tried to fix it, but it had already leaked ink into the printer, which was no longer working. So, with his guidance, I had a new printer delivered and he installed it perfectly. I highly recommend this patient, kind, expert printer repair specialist. I will definitely use Deundre again.
